Welcome to the Dayton wellness blog from Elevate You — straight answers about hormones, hair restoration and feeling like yourself again, written by the people who actually do the treatments.
Most clinic blogs exist to rank for something. This one exists because the same questions come up in the consult room every single week, and people deserve to have them answered before they spend money. What it costs. Whether “normal” labs really mean normal. What a treatment feels like. What happens if you do nothing for another year. If we would not say it to your face in the exam room, it does not go on this page.

How Much Does Hair Restoration Cost in Dayton?
Real numbers, in writing. What actually drives the price up or down, what the $79 first visit covers, and why almost no clinic in the area will print a figure on their own website. If you have been quietly pricing this out at midnight, start here.
Signs You Need Hormone Therapy: 5 Your Body Already Gave You
Fatigue that sleep will not fix. A mood that stopped feeling like yours. Weight that will not move no matter how well you eat. Drive that quietly disappeared. Sleep that broke. What each one usually means, and why being told your labs are “normal” is not the end of the conversation.
What we write about, and why
Two things come up more than everything else combined: hormones and hair. They are different problems that rhyme. Both start slowly. Both get blamed on age. Both are things people notice privately for months or years before they say a word to anyone. And both are measurable — which means both are fixable far more often than people assume.
So the writing here tends to cover four things:
- What it actually costs. Ranges, not “investment levels.” You should be able to decide whether to book without calling anyone.
- How a real diagnosis is made. Bloodwork, scalp analysis, body composition — what gets measured, and what each number is telling us.
- What the treatments feel like. How long, how uncomfortable, how soon you notice, and what happens if you stop.
- What waiting costs. Not to scare anybody. Some things genuinely close the door on themselves, and you deserve to know which.
Start with the service pages
If you would rather read about a specific treatment than a topic, the detail lives here: bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and comprehensive hormone panels on the hormone side; non-surgical hair restoration, FUE hair transplant and which option is right for me on the hair side. There is also payment plan information if cost is the thing standing in the way.
Why we keep a Dayton wellness blog at all
Because the internet is full of pages about hormones and hair loss that were written to sell something, and almost none of them will give you a number, a range, or a straight no. We would rather lose a booking to an honest answer than win one with a vague page. If something here saves you a visit you did not need, that is the page doing its job.
We also try to stay close to the evidence rather than the trend cycle. The Endocrine Society patient library and the American Academy of Dermatology hair loss guides are both worth your time, and we will happily point you there before we point you at ourselves.
When you are ready to stop reading and find out
Hormones: reserve your $79 visit on the hormone optimization page. Our office then calls you to get labs drawn first, so the results are already back when you sit down with the provider. That order matters — it is the difference between an appointment and a conversation.
Hair: start on the hair restoration page. Same $79, same idea: you leave with a scalp analysis and a real number instead of a brochure.
Prefer a human first? Call or text (937) 519-3586. Someone here will actually pick up, and nobody is going to read you a script.
